How To Install AnyDesk On Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

AnyDesk Installation on Ubuntu 20.04

1. Adding AnyDesk Repository

In this step, we will add AnyDesk repository to our Ubuntu package system. The steps are as follow :

add GPG Key :

wget -qO - https://keys.anydesk.com/repos/DEB-GPG-KEY | sudo apt-key add -

add AnyDesk repository :

echo "deb http://deb.anydesk.com/ all main" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/anydesk-stable.list

The complete tasks are as shown below. Now the AnyDesk repository has been added to our Ubuntu system.

2. Update System

By updating our Ubuntu system, it will refresh the local list of available packages software to the newer stable version. To update Ubuntu 20.04 LTS repositories, we will use the command line:

3. Install AnyDesk On Ubuntu 20.04

After all are set, Now, we will install AnyDesk using the APT package manager.

sudo apt install anydesk

4. Launching AnyDesk
